OVERVIEW
This website is operated by BooLume. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BooLume. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you use our services and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use this site or place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing updates, and normal production variations may affect appearance. We may change or discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict sales by person or location at any time.

3. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, product restrictions, or fulfillment limitations. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been processed. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Review your shipping address and order details carefully before submitting payment.

4. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method provided for the full order total, including shipping and applicable taxes. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

5. FULFILLMENT AND DROPSHIPPING
We work with independent manufacturers, warehouses, carriers, and fulfillment partners. Products in the same order may be stored in different locations and may arrive in separate packages. Packaging, sender names, tracking systems, and return locations may vary. Our use of fulfillment partners does not change your relationship with us as the seller or your rights under our published policies.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy. All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, address issues, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss remains subject to applicable law and carrier confirmation. Contact us promptly if tracking appears stalled or your package does not arrive.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Returns require authorization and must be sent only to the address supplied by our support team. The address printed on a package may belong to a fulfillment partner and may not accept returns.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, commit fraud, impersonate another person, or violate any applicable law or third-party right.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, product presentation, and design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the site, but this does not limit obligations we have regarding your order.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with law.

12. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
Information on the site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, transit times, or availability. We may correct errors and update information. If a correction materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you or provide an appropriate refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BooLume and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold BooLume and its service providers harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

16. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the store operator is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in the customer’s state of residence. Any dispute will be handled by courts or procedures having lawful jurisdiction.
